Free City SuperShop

Designer Nina Garduno is a familiar face in the entertainment and fashion press and this week her new store Free City SuperShop is front an center on the NY Times business section. Free City is as much gathering place as it is clothing store. Free oranges are passed out to surfer and shopper alike at this strip mall location a block off the Pacific. Tee shirts compete with custom designed teepees and funky bicycles for the buyers attention.

Garduno says her shop isn't "practical" yet sho hopes to open more. The focus is on experience, simplicity and the defintion of style through and integration of clothing with both fashion and lifestyle accessories.
